Sayulita Vacation Rentals Guidelines

1. SMOKING: Our vacation rental is smoke free in the suites but smoking is allowed in the outside areas with the exception of the third floor palapa area which is completely smoke free
2. QUIET TIME: Everyone comes to Mexico to party and we want you to have a great vacation. We also have to consider our families and guests who come for R&R. Therefore we have a quiet time on the property from 10 pm to 8 am and hope that works for all our guests.
3. PET FRIENDLY: We are a pet friendly vacation rental & accept quiet, small pets up to 20 lbs in weight. There is an extra charge of $10 per day. Dogs must be under control on the property at all times.
4. TOILET PAPER: Due to the sewage systems in Mexico you cannot put paper down the toilet but must deposit it in the baskets provided otherwise the toilet will back up.
